weather looking better than yesterday so no excuse for not doing the walk today; so why am I stalling???? Why am I not out the door? Motivation is my biggest enemy :(

I did it!! Got my outdoor gear on, leashed the dog and off we went. THREE miles. Im so pleased I did it.

Good for you! Bet your puppy was a happy camper. I have a huge problem with motivation too. I have a neighbor friend that I walk with most of the summer. But for winter, my dusty treadmill... hard to get on it and actually walk, so boring, even watching TV. It's too cold here (in Kansas) to walk outside, and snow everywhere.

motivation is my worst enemy. Im a lazy a$$. Once I get going im fine, but until Im closing the front door I am making excuses. Too cold, too windy, not enough time, too wet, too anything....lol glad its not just me.

I've found that the hardest part is actually making it out the door, after that, it's a breeze.

This afternoon... snowshoes for me. That's after the next hour and a half lifting. Can hardly wait. It's great to be out. Mild today. about -5 C. Oh, and Lisa? Do it again tomorrow. The joy builds. :)

ok you win with the snowshoes. You most definitely win. Tomorrow I will have my daughter with me who is in a wheelchair, but we will still do that walk. Maybe only half as I will be pushing an extra 45lbs !! ;)
