Good Monday Morning FS Buddies... I hope you all have a WONDERFUL week!
I am extremely happy to report that I maintained my Friday weight over the weekend. I did not exceed my RDI on Saturday, but i surely did consume a LOT more than I have been. I was CERTAIN my weigh in this morning would be a setback... and potentially UGLY :-/ It wasn't! NO CHANGE! Yippeeeee!
Starting off the week still "low", so maybe... JUST MAYBE with discipline and hard work, I can get to "one-derland" this week! My original goal challenge was to reach "one-derland" by my Mar 1st birthday. I may get there a few weeks early! :)
