Day 2 on the detox.
So yesterday was tough. At first it wasn't. But I underestimated the power of carbs. Seriously, I had no idea I would be craving a slice of bread so bad.
One big problem was not planing yesterday out too well. Mike and I just kind of jumped into it.
So to correct that mistake I've looked up a bunch of recipes that are allowed during detox and today we're gonna actually eat meals instead of just fruits and veggies.
I've heard a lot of people get headaches on the second day but so far I'm fine. I think people's headaches may have a lot to do with cutting off caffine. But I don't ever really drink sodas and I don't drink coffee at all so hopefully I'll skip the headache.

*sigh* Well I hope this day goes well =)

Good luck. You will notice a decrease in the cravings as time goes one. One thing I've found is after you're on a more normal diet, sometimes you start craving again. If that happens do the detox for a few days to get back on track. It really helps. :)
