My name is Grace. My husband and I are doing the Fat Smash Diet. We've started Jan 12, 09. We're very excited to get healthy.
We started dating about 3 years ago and have slowly gained a lot of weight over time. I blame it on his cooking (amazing) and also my mom's cooking (amazing) lol.
We're doing this diet mainly to get healthy, diabetes runs in my mom's family so the sooner I lose weight the better, but of course looking good and getting new clothes is always a plus ^_^.
