Been good with the exercise, but now work starts back on Monday, will have to make a strong effort to continue these workouts. Sorta worries me.

I hear ya...I have to go back to my 5am workouts. That is HARD to get up that early, but I know that I won't go after work. Besides I have something going on almost every night...Yoga, WW, High School Ball games, always something...so 5am ...here I come.
It is even harder when it is below zero, like it is now!
Good Luck.. You can do it...just make it a priority!
