So proud of myself.Started in September to lose doing calories but hve gone back to counting points with WW points plus and doing better.Was 292 and hve struggled to stay on coarse but not too much an effort now.I also am taking Resveratrol with green tea in it.Doesn't race my heart or do the energy but does help on filling full.I do eat filling foods n they keep you from being hungary too.So that is my story so far and I aim to stay on coarse at age 73.Doing this for my health too.God bless if anyone reads this.

Well done and keep on doing what you're doing. It can only be good for you and bring you better things via a healthy lifestyle in the long run. It's never too late to want to make things better for yourself in my opinion and I wish you every success. :0D

Well Crystal this week has been a bad week.Alot of stressful things came n now gone but I hve a hubby that brought sweets home n I did eat n then we had a dinner at our church n was one of the cooks and I tried to stay on board.Monday is a new day n I am going to hop back on as I am really needing to lose wt for health. Thank u so much for the friendship on this walk.I can't afford to go to WW classes n found this site.Hopefully I can share some recipes later as soon as I get some things caught up here at home. God Bless and hopefully I hven't done too much damage by Wednesday.We will do this together.
