I know I have not lost anything this week and the weekend is here. My eating habits, even though I stick to about 1200 calories, are not good. I eat way too many carbs in the form of snack foods. This weekend I am going to increase my protein and water intake.

Lihat Kalender Diet, 13 September 2008:
1315 kkal Lemak: 77,58g | Prot: 107,30g | Karb: 56,69g.   Makan Pagi: reduced fat swiss, eggs. Makan Siang: boneless chicken breast, tomato, lettuce. Makan Malam: broccoli, kraft light thousand island dressing, classic salad,  boneless chicken breast. Camilan/Lainnya: Deluxe Mixed Nuts, Sugar Free Jello Pudding, almonds, weight watchers string cheese. lagi...

I've been really working on getting my protein levels up too. I'm trying to make sure that my protein is the highest, then fiber, then fat.

I think I watch too many numbers. I look at the calories, the ww points, the fiber, the fat. I've been on too many diets and I am trying to incorporate all of them! The math just doesn't work when I try to do that.

Well, the main thing I focus on is my Points. When I feel like I have a good grip on that I start trying to focus more on the other numbers. It took me a half hour at work yesterday to plan out what I was going to eat for today and Sunday. I just kept tweaking it until it seemed right. I'm glad you stuck to your calories! That's one positive, right?
