Okay...a little frustrated today. Have been about the same weight for a week although I am eating under 30 carbs most days, drinking 8 or 9 glasses of water each day and excersing 30 mins each day. I even passed up Italian Cream cake yesterday at work! I thought for sure I would have lost a little. I garuntee if I eat one little carb more than I should I sure gain a pound and then it takes me a week or more to get that same pound back off. UGH!!!
But the good thing is I know I am continuing to lose inches. I can tell by the way my clothes fit. So I think I am going to start recording my inches too. The only one that had been measured since I started to lose weight is my waist. They had checked it at the doctor's office when I first started my diet the end of July and my waist measurement was 49 inches. Last month when they checked it on Aug 26th it was 47. I checked it today and it is now 45.5.
Now I will also start today checking my other measurements:
Neck--16"
Upper Arms--16"
Chest--49"
Waist--45.5"
Hips--55.5"
Thigh--27"

I am having the same problem, its so frustrating. I try to tell myself to NOT worry about the stupid number on the scale but it plays with my head. I have been doing my measurements since I started back in August, when I did them on the 11th of this month I was down 13.5" all over which makes this journey a little less frustrating!
