Still drinking (water, that is....at least 8 glasses per day) and still dancing my butt off (and hopefully my belly, arms and thighs too). I am also glad that I am gaining more buddies on this site so that we can hopefully encourage each other.
107,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 10,4 kg.    Sisa: 39,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

925 kkal Lemak: 68,39g | Prot: 59,71g | Karb: 15,11g.   Makan Pagi: sausage patty, fried egg, heavy cream, coffee. Makan Malam: pork skins, oscar mayer deli fresj ,esqiote tirleu breast, bacon, Tomatoes, sargento reduced fat colby cheese, lettuce. Camilan/Lainnya: hill country fair coconut flakes, david sunflower kernels. lagi...
