Im gonna switch my workouts up bc the next couple weeks are gonna be busy with work and I dont want to have an excuse for not working out at all. So i found that Leslie Sansone has a 5 Mile Walk video and I will start that tomorrow morning. It's 1 hour and 8 minutes long which is shorter than the other workouts I have been doing but I figure I should plan and prepare for the burnout that will come with work soon. I loved LS's 3 mile walk so im sure the 5 mile walk is excellent. Im gonna plan to do this 5 mile walk everyday to start. I will adjust that too if needed. After a few weeks, I'll add my ankle and wrist weights if I want to push myself a bit more.

Counting calories is going as planned, my colon feels happy, and I feel great! :D
