had a great family day, went to the movies and see Step up 2 with my daughter had porkskins and sugar free jello and peanuts instead of popcorn. Then hubby and I meet up with my son and his girlfriend for dinner at the kemah broad walk by the water. Had a cesar salad with grilled shrimp and tea unsweet,Great relaxing weekend and stayed on plan low carb all the way, lots of walking and climbing stairs good exercise today.Hope you all are doing well and staying low carb.............good nite all.
