Woohoo! It's only day 4 but I was able to avoid a typical chocolate mania trigger. Major stress and frustration. I took a break, went to the grocery store (dangerous territory in my condition), stalked up on low-carb supplies and my only indulgence was a diet Pepsi. Haven't had one in 4 days, coffee either. I was really tired today but told myself it will pass when my metabolism cranks over and starts burning the fat for energy - there's an abundant supply. Ha,ha, ha.
