Day 2 - I feel more optimistic today than I did yesterday. I left home with 2 boiled eggs and a stick of cheese for breakfast and a plan of where/what I'd eat while out of town. Made a good choice when I had my afternoon snack attack - pork rinds. Dinner was last nights left-overs with a luscious low-carb dip.
