It's all about planning. You are worth it...do it!!!! If you are just getting started plan your meals for the first 4 days...remember 10-12 net carbs of foundation veggies, plenty of protein and plenty of fat. Aim for 20 net carbs per day. You will feel so full and that will help you to get through the initial first few days...then continue planning! I'm 7 weeks into this and I am still planning...when I don't...uh oh. We can do this!!
