Feeling ok today....still eating pretty good it's always a struggle though. I feel like I'm constantly thinking about my next move as far as what I'm going to eat so that I don't go wrong. Is that normal? to obsess a little over it? I've been doing this now for 2 1/2 mos. wow, seems like a lot longer! Changing my lifestyle has been hard, you have to change how you think about things, your mental voice so to speak. Work work work
