Woohoo! new record low. 214.2

Saw flashes of 213 and 212 while the scale settled. It was nice, and a relief. I have been very discouraged after over-indulging the past few weekends. Almost like food regrets or a food hangover, lol.

I feel confident that tomorrow will be a low, and perhaps Friday AM. I have been gaining weight the past few Thurs - Fri weigh ins. I think Thursday while not cheating, I am eating in some ways preparing for my long bike ride on Friday. I actually want to stop that.

Things in real life land are a little messed up. Kids did not get their summer job on base, I guess the Uncle Sam cant afford to pay 10 kids about 800 dollars. Silly, and my kids are both quite upset. However it is not much money for them in the grand scheme of thing, and only about 7 weeks of work.

Then I came to work and more nonsense with my company.

Oh well, grateful today I want to use this energy, anger, anxiety to go ride my bike rather than eat.

Congrats on the new low, JP! Well done! Sometimes exercise IS the way to knock out frustrations. I do it often, and it feels great. If you can, you should go biking later on.

Congrats on a low, yay! And I hear you, I can't wait to run today, it makes everything better. I like your gratitude list, I frequently jot one down myself and my kitties are always on it!

Congrats on the new low! That's right-take out the frustrations on your bike. Much more productive than screaming at your coworkers and family-believe me-BEEN THERE! Good luck on the ride this weekend!
