Been good on my diet and am with my parents. They are older so they do not eat as much as I would usually eat, but I still have to make sure they do get enough food. I have lost some more weight and I think the thing that I am doing the most is to quit eating so much plus am walking alot and that is good for me.
89,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 16,4 kg.    Sisa: 21,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
