Well I put on 1.6 lbs.. I thought I was doing ok this past week BUT.. NOT SO!! You know I could feel it to be honest with y'all. I haven't been exercising so I'll try harder to be dilligent with that. Sorry to let my team down....But I'll bounce back!! Cheers to everyone that lost it for me! haha..
