I have not been doing my keto diet the last 2 weeks, I was trying to see what my carb limit is and it is 65g, I was also trying to see if I can maintain, knowing what your carb limit is , is very important. I know that allot is water weight as for each 1g of carb your body stores 2g of water 💦 from today it is back to basics for me, I want to be 40kg down by my 40th Birthday 🎂 witch is on the 23rd of May ( that gives me 11 weeks to drop the rest of the weight) I will give my best because I am doing this for myself a Birthday 🎂 gift from Carike to Carike...
97,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 27,2 kg.    Sisa: 0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Mine is less than 30 per day and I don't lose any weight. :(

@ oumsie on a ketogenic dieet your net carbs should always be below 20 grams

Thank you. But I am diabetic that's why I do 45 carbs per day. But will try the 20 grams per day.

Also diabetic when my weight was over 100kg,s. Stick to under 20g of carbs per day for a year. No more diabetic. In a idling phase now and measure my carbs not to be over 30g every day and still loosing weight. It depends on individuals and their tolerance. Good luck

Hi Carike. Im sorry if im going to sound stupid but I don't understand how and what it means when you say your carb limit is 65g. Please explain it to me as I suspect that I am consuming far to many carbs in a day. I am really battling to keep my carbs under 20g, because even gems has carbs in it. If anyone has any advice for me ...... im all ears.

Thank you barkerwelkom. Will try my best. Only doing low carb for 1 month and already my sugar is down from 15.5 to 8.5.

Keto diet have many advantages, eg. Diabetes removal, lower b/p and to many other health conditions, keep going you will see the difference
