Another drop in weight and it is the walking and journalizing that is doing it all. I now have 56 pounds to lose and nothing will stop me now. Also, I find that if I get more sleep in bed by 9 PM every night I feel better and the weight does drop off. Happy Easter to everyone now let's keep journalizing.
