Sweet, I'm down 2lbs this week. My biggest dilemma is deciding whether to Spike on just Sunday for Easter or do both Saturday and Sunday. I'm leaning towards the latter. Even if I don't lose a pound next week I am ahead of my schedule. 2 spike days will kick my metabolism even higher which will help me reach my final goal of 215lbs.
101,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,3 kg.    Sisa: 3,6 kg.    Diet diikuti: 100%.
