It always seems so weird...so impossible for my weight to fluctuate by so many pounds over a 24nr period, but that is something that has been consistent since I started recording my weight. I actually Googled it to be sure it didn't mean some kind of underlying problem. MOST PEOPLE SEEM TO LOSE 1 LB or less in the same period. Maybe it is just water weight...maybe I need to record at the same time of day.
