Ok I'm back from celebrating the New Year with my family in Louisiana - Happy New Year everyone! What a celebration of love, culture and great Creole food. I tend to have the most incredible moments of clarity while on airplanes. There's something about being 30,000 ft up that clears my head and causes all of my stagnant brain cells to wake up. I'm ready to tackle the things on my A, B and even on my C list. Of course the conclusion of my weight loss plan is at the top of my "A list". When I lost 92 lbs three years ago, I succeeded by alternating the Weight Watcher's plan with the Atkins plan. When I would tire of one, I would switch to the other. Hey...whatever works! So on January 8 I started the Weight Watcher's plan and on January 11 I joined Curves and started exercising! When I lost weight before I did it combined with exercise...for me it's the only way to STAY ON TRACK. It's time to walk my talk. As Oprah says, "It's time to live my best life".
