Only one lb lost this week. And unfortunately only two days logged in at Curves this week - dratz. One and a half weeks before I'll be back in the working world again after being at home for almost a year. I've really enjoyed my time off, but it'll be nice to get back into the swing of things. The most important thing for me to do will be to fit exercise into a 10-hour work day. Starting May 14, the only slot available for Curves will be 5:45AM Mon, Weds and Fri...(big sigh). My Spring resolution is to be there or be square!! (yikes)

I LOVE CURVES! Yes, it's still a task to drag myself in to workout at Curves 4 to 5X a week, but it's certainly worth the effort. 31.75 total inches & 26 lbs gone in 3.5 months...yahooo! I really need to get in more cardio in the form of walking (next fitness goal), but the new love of my life...my new puppy Gracie, keeps me hopping for now lol. Eating out remains a challenge so I don't do it as much these days...and thank God for Skinny Cow Fudgesicles...yummmmmm.

Lost half a pound at WW this past week - aw shucks. Still exercising faithfully at Curves 5X a week although I will probably cut down to 4X a week starting this coming week. Curves actually recommends 3X a week, so I feel fine with this. I'm returning to work at the end of May and I know that I can realistically incorporate an exercise schedule of 4X a week into my life w/o feeling stressed.
Last night we ate out - I had seafood. I cheated and went over-board. Opted for the fried catfish fillets on the menu instead of the grilled selection - a very enjoyable meal. Well, that was yesterday. Today I'm back on track and having cereal, a banana, milk and a cup of java for breakfast.
