Same weight as yesterday and I thought I would weigh 200 pounds today. Shame on me that is not the way to lose weight it is much slower than that. Slow and steady wins the race every time and I think that yesterday I had too much sodium. My son comes home from college today and I am excited about that and I will just be more careful and more focused on staying fit and slim. I will take a big walk today as I need it. Love, Me
