Put a pound on this week!
Disappointing of course, and perhaps this could be due to some levelling out from the rather steep weight loss last week of around 5 or 6 pounds. Plus I haven't been so active this week due to a bad back caused through gardening. And I did have my usual end-of-month takeaway treat of a Chinese just a couple of days ago. So i guess it all mounts up.
However, by the end of this week I want to lose that gained pound and then some. Feel a bit more mobile, so will hit the treadmill and bike a bit more, but not too much that I put my back at risk again.
