Went up today, not sure why but its all good. Started my workout routine today as well, starting with thirty minutes of cardio and toning and when I stop getting winded by that going to up it 10 minutes at a time. I did technically weigh myself an hour after I wait, so I'm blaming that 😂 Anyways good day today. Remembering to stay positive despite what the scale says is 100% key (for me) to dieting.
