Nothing like a little bloat to put on the pounds, eh? I'd say I gained one in each foot. Love that salt!

Hey dude! You are doing pretty good about restricting your sodium Well, not yesterday, but whats one day..(from the few days I looked at). Ingria, another buddy of mine brought up the need for potassium to help rid the body of excess water in addition to cutting sodium. I am going to go buy celery today :-) and started taking extra sodium the last few days, I'll let ya know if it works for me. My hands are still swollen this morning. I am thinking that sodium might not be our main problem... hmmm... Time to dig deeper. Have you been to a Rheumatology ? That is my next step, but I need to get health insurance:-) Have a great day
