Yay got my iPad back at last from the repairers, was like loosing a limb!!
So I am still losing a little weight, although not much, but I am back moving after my Sciatica, I never want that again, pain was unbelievable. I had an Osteopath sort me out in the end, was almost instant relief, I have been out walking every day too, to help strengthen the muscles in my back and keep everything loose.
Hopefully I will now settle weight wise, as I am able to stand and cook now, my poor mother has suffered too, as I couldn't cook a decent meal for her either, so she has been having ready meals. Anyway, all is good and looking forward to the next stage of life's journey.
