Dammit! Up .8 this week. And I had a pretty perfect week. I was very sore from all the running I did and had some other issues that lead to what I think was just water weight gain. The fat monitor had me down to 22.7 this morning, so as long as that number is staing constant or going down the scale is only secondary -- Hell, my size 6's still fit. That's all that counts in my book. :-)
