I feel like I have done reasonable well. Except for my low carb yogurt, I have been following induction. I need the yogurt right now so I feel like it has helped me in my overall health. Nexr week I go in for cataract surgery, so I hope I can contiue my steady but sure progress. I am looking forward to improved vision. At least now maybe I can start driving at night again.

I too, have been eating low carb yogurt on induction. The kind I found is only 3 net carbs and I figure that the probiotic properties are quite good for me. I think that once the ones I have are gone I'll lay off it for a few days and see if my weight loss increases. I'll let you know if it does. My grandmother had cataract surgery a number of years ago and she was really happy that she did. Good luck with yours, I hope that it goes well for you.
