I jumped ship from the Fat Flush diet and returned to Atkins. I lost on Atkins in 2004 and am hoping that it will work for me again. Losing has been a monumental struggle this time, which is really different for me. I do have some things going on physically that may be slowing my weight loss, so I am working on getting those straightened out. Hopefully I'll be working my way down to my goal soon. It looks like you have been doing the slow but steady loss, which is GREAT!!
