Still staying on track! Got sick so I'm gonna put the exercising on hold til I get over my cold but my diet is going great! I think I'm finally over that sugar and fast food addiction. Drinking lots of water and hot unsweetened tea has helped too, I don't even crave coffee anymore. I can't wait to go grocery shopping this weekend so I can try a bunch of new healthy recipes that I found online
