So I am up in weight...but thats fine cause the weekend was a cheat. I also ran 10km on Saturday so that I could eat whatever I wanted when i went out for dinner. Had two glasses of wine and it made me feel like garbage. I don't know why I even bother.
Exercising, and I can see that from the beginning of January, I am down a couple pounds, so I can live with that.
