yippee--back down to 130 with no forseeable problems with the next week except t-giving. my family does the traditional t-giving so i am not looking forward to it all that much. do not get me wrong, i am very thankful that i have a nice meal to eat but i do not generally crave the foods that will be served. if they served pizza and icecream, i would be ALL about it!! helping a friend move tomorrow night so i will be exerting some type of energy..can i get to 128 before thursday?? doubt it but i will try!!!
