Had a good day with the diet...but I had to go back to three pills per day for my diabetes ~ which means very gassy ~ other than that, all is well...now for some exercise...I need to get into some routine...

My procrastination is hitting me for the exercise...I don't want to exercise late at night (trouble sleeping then), and I am not a morning person...I'll have to make an effort and get up 30mins earlier to do a bit, then walk the dog after dinner...he'd be so happy!!
