Thank you Flowers. I feel motivated at the moment and find I must record EVERYTHING or else I go off the rails! I have in the region of a stone and a half more to lose as 140 lbs is only my "initial" target. One step at a time!
Well done for making a start - I find I have to be in the right frame of mind before I can actually get going. Same goes for tasks such as sewing etc.
