Hi Puhpine. I just saw on TV where a dietitian was giving advise not to sweat losing weight through the holiday's just try to maintain. But on Fat Secret we have these challenges coming at us and we want to be successful! Oh the twists and turns...Good luck getting through the holidays! God Bless and have a Merry Christmas!
