knew this was coming so I gained weight I am not going to blame it all on that time of the month because I did eat more then I should have but I had a real heart breaking reality check this weekend and that is my 10 year old daughter is going to be in a weeding in February and we went dress shopping I had to get her a dress in junior plus 17/18 and I was SHOCKED and HORRIFIED and DISSCUSTED WITH MYSELF!!!! Because I let this happen I let my daughter gain all this weight I have been so worried about my weight that I never even looked beyond my own selfishness! I cried and ate all weekend and gained my loss back and that is not healthy so today I and my beautiful daughter are starting out fresh I don’t want to loose weight any more for vanity I want to do this for and with my daughter so that we can be healthy together I am so sorry for letting this get out of hand I am so sad and so sick to my stomach over this and I look at my daughter and I am afraid that she will get diabetes its time to make the change for her and for me no longer just for me!
