I have been on the "light" end of the weight scale for my size and shape all my life, including having 7 FT pregnancies and have weighed in range from 122#-125# and once got to 137# for a couple of months, but soon got back to 125# for three years, then I became pretty inactive and quickly gained 18# and now weigh 140#. I tried going to a gym for dance classes and weights, but didn't budge the scale in eight months. I am miserable and need to move more but I haven't found the spark I need! It has me very depressed! I've had excellent health, and avoid self damaging habits except not moving more. I prefer no drug intervention....I was once high on life before with just loving to watch the sunrise, but some clouds have over-shadowed my happiness. I need to be 115-125# and get back into my closet full of clothes! "-)
