Milestone for sure. it's hard to believe how transiently I'd reached 137# twice since college, and I seem to recall how it seemed so hard & more significantly that I felt & looked so different between 144 & 137, considering how I haven't officially changed pants size between 175 & 145. That's a little daunting considering I'm at that stronghold weight right now. alas again it's not about my appearance or pants size or people's perceptions of me. it's just about taking the steps to be healthier, even if it isn't always easy or fun. it's just what I should do, not ulteriorly motivated. it's just the proper step.
