I was feeling very stressed for a few weeks & felt compelled to eat especially sweets & other carbs. yesterday I realized that, among other stressors, I was very worried about not having learned enough during summer break to make up for what I didn't grasp well before.
I realized that despite such a stressful prospect, I did pass so far & I know a lot & I have learned to make studying a greater priority & if all those efforts result in unpreparedness for work, I can always get a different type of job.

not sure how much I ate exactly. Picnic! should just go to bed! then I won't think so hard about wanting to eat more! probably underestimated cause I'm hungry. or am I just tired? idk.

scared to post. anyway Water Rx: define healthy eating daily eating goal. begin sips q1h, then q2h, then q4h. after some time of this, begin prn sips. depending on success, go up & down on prn frequency.
