started gym on monday .. but as the saying goes no pain no gain... i think my muscles are just being rebellious , lol.. cause i'm still sore.
so this weekend i'm in recovery mode , this past week i was just doing intense routines , weight lifting with lighter weights but with more reps.my goal keep my current composure but loose the beer belly.. if i can loose 1kg a week then i know i'm on the right track. i'm still eating below my calorie intake level.. just adding some extra protein with pre-workout shake.
other then that , my spirit is still high and i feel lighter on my feet.
