thought I would do an extra sneaky weigh in before tomorrow, so I can record the damage I do tomorrow haha. I don't intend on going off plan, but you just never know what will happen and my main course contains rather a lot of red wine. Merry Christmas all you lovely people, enjoy your day xx

Well I nearly made it... then the peanut butter struck haha, was my Christmas treat to myself, hadn't planned on a whole jar, but that's plans for you, easily broken. Today I am having a fast day and have been for a very hilly 3 mile brisk walk, so have undone some of the damage I hope. Tomorrow will be careful eating before weigh in on Monday, hope I am not up too much. I have no more celebratory eating now until 1st Jan, so hope to have a loss to report a week on Monday.
