Slow is good...too many people keep asking if I where sick or if there was a problem do to how fast I was loosing.
BTW, 141 doesn't sound 'heavy' to me.

no Jerry it is not heavy but if i don't stay on top of it....zoom it would be back a whole lot faster than it come off
I do hope you are doing well with the knee things .. it is rough but one good thing it don't last forever
so keep up just doing what you are and posting and we will pull you thu if you need it...
so let me say... sending hugs your way... and make this a MERRY CHRISTMAS even tho it may not be the best one... just make it as good as you can and do not let the...........things get to you........
