Lost 2 pounds and quite chuffed. Planning to try not to misbehave too much over Xmas. Will be happy to not put any weight on. However now 205 and I distinctly remember that the last time I was 203 pounds was over 10 years ago. So that is my next small target. Happy Xmas to all cheers Ash xxx
