becoming challenging to stay on track with food. I suppose I was feed by the attention or self righteousness I'd felt for awhile, but now it doesn't take my bringing attention to my eating restriction to get people to notice my efforts as many people have noticed a weight loss. it's like I feel like I've arrived. I haven't.
