I was worried that I ate too much of the wrong thing. Fortunately I'm not too disappointed today. Feeling tired and don't really feel like doing a hard workout today....but I'll do my best to do SOME kind of workout.

BREAKFAST: Green Tea Smoothie (Green tea, + water + almond milk + ice + 2 packets Truvia + 1/4 scoop of meal replacement protein powder)
LUNCH:
DINNER:
60,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 11,8 kg.    Sisa: 7,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
Kehilangan 3,2 kg dalam 1 minggu
