been a long time with out visiting this site. I'm still having "eat well" on top of my mind. I don't go wrong a lot. Like today I ate a breakfast from Spur. Ok last night I drank 750ml sparkling wine. so wrong on many levels. I'm stuck on the same wait 77/78 kg for a while & the reason is clear. Well last Friday was fun at gym 2 hours of Zumba :-) I'm still excited by gym so I'm glad I love gym. No amount of exercise can help with your bad eating ways Thenjiwe Kunene. I just need that kick back to my strictly good & healthy eating ways G*** . Well all the best to me. Hope everybody is doing well with their routines & all the best to you too guys.
