i haven't been keeping my journal as well as i should. but i've been following my diet fairly well, i think.
before when thanksgiving would come, i'd eat like the food supply was going to end tomorrow. but this year, i ate smaller portion sizes and not as much of the desserts as i normally would have. i've switched to dried fruits when i feel like i need a candy fix.
for the first time, i really believe that i can lose the weight.
